Can't continue Into The Fray quest

So I've flown to the planet D'harin IV and threre is no defense platform.
I've tried flying right up to the planet and all around it.
HINT tells me to RESUME STORYLINE but when I do, it returns invalid command.
QUESTS tells me that before I land I have to destroy the orbital defense platform.
