BEAST, Inferno, and Conflagrate

I'm still unable to get Conflagrate to fire off. Even with Very High plasma it says I lack the plasma to do it. Or when I use Consumption it states that it's already maxed out. Here is a screen shot.

    I'm not sure if you had your NOZZLE set to wide. But try it with nozzle set to normal/narrow. The plasma cost modifier of nozzle wide can put the very high requirement plasma skills above 1000 plasma needed, and then you can't actually use them.

    If that's what it was I'm going to put my face through my keyboard. I'll try that next. 

    UPDATE: Yeah that was it. I feel dumb now.

    It would be nice if there was a failure message to show the issue.
