Captcha and foreigners

I have a foreign buddy whom is trying to sign up on the forums and can not due to the captcha not showing up for them. Could be a proxy/vpn thing, but it works fine for me, even with my vpn up.

Any thoughts?

    Are they using a pop-up blocker and/or an ad blocker such as uMatrix?

    @bandus I'm unsure. I've asked but since he is Ukrainian probably won't hear until later.

    Okay, I can tell you that very often I won't be able to see captcha challenges on sites when my uMatrix and uBlock are on. If they have those, or equivalent, turn them off OR whitelist *.starmourn.com and it might resolve the issue. 

    If this fails, perhaps have them try using a different browser just to test to see if the issue persists there.
