Mail system

In the other ire games there is a physical mail system where you get a letter, compose it, and then have it delivered. Will Starmourn have a mail system or is it so far in the future that direct mindsim  messages will be the only form of communication?

    I am hoping for a set of email commands rather than physical mail. They will have to have something so you can communicate with the people ic when they are not directly logged in .
