Customizing build?

I notice there's a "build" line when you look at someone, but build isn't among the options in CUSTOMIZE. Will that be added at some point? 
"You know what the chain of command is? It’s the chain I go get and beat you with ’til you understand who’s in ruttin’ command here."

    Your build is somewhat special, it changes over time based on your caloric input (eating/drinking) vs your exercise (attacks, movement etc.)

    Well snap. Does it have any effects mechanically or is it just a cosmetic thing?

    Do different sources of food influence the result? Like healthy things compared to cake?

    Well, in that healthy things probably have fewer calories, yes.

    @Tecton Could we maybe get a CONFIG THYROID NORMAL/HYPER/HYPO to make it a little easier for the people wanting to play starved/overweight characters?
