How can I go to Nanosheer battlemaster for MORE lessons ?

I have done some lessons the first time I visited him but after several quests, I have forgotten how to get to him again.

And if I visit him again, will he teach me new skills ?

Go to Omni Station, go northwest from where you transporter drops you off, and greet the NPC there. That will take you back to the area where the battlemaster is.
