I'm stuck. How do I unstuck?

My character (croxis) just finished the tutorial and was at a space port being attacked by slavers when I had to bail on the game. I logged bck in and I am stuck on the bridge of a ship with  medical bot and no obvious exits. I'm on quest 178 and very new to MUDS. Thanks for any help!

    But the short version is there's a 'deleteme' command to restart.

    Deleteme command isn't working. What do now?

    Thank you! The deleteme command did not work but oryx fixed me up

    I'm going to piggyback off this thread and say I died in the Subcity drains and can't do anything, including use Newbie or issue me or message. Anytime I try entering a command it tells me "Your clone is in the process of being prepared for you. Please be patient."
