Org projects and shared documents

Another question of the "would there be anything like..." variety. I'm thinking about projects (Achaea) as a way to coordinate gathering resources within an org for particular purposes. In Achaea, they were quite handy, and especially in the early stages of the game, as we build the basic infrastructure of every civilization, we could probably use these.

Same goes for gathering information. Will we be able to create shared documents, logs etc.? I always liked the fact that in IRE games there truly was no need to create separate guild website to gather resources and coordinate efforts. I would hate to secretly start a Google Spreadsheet to track bashing areas, for instance.

We don't currently have org projects, but wouldn't be a hard thing to add.

We do have group-editable help files and the like though!

The nice thing about systems like the projects system is that they're very self-contained, so fairly easy to port between our games.

Anything touching combat, or movement, etc is a lot harder.

As a side question, @Tecton and @Aurelius will org help files allow HELP NEW CITIZENS as opposed to HELP NEWCITIZENS?
